Kelsey is incredibly talented, professional, organized, has the best taste and vision. We had an idea of what we wanted for this Wedding, and Kelsey exceeded every thought we had. K. Sage Events was recommended to me by a classmate I went to school with and I’m so glad they were! My venue, The Estate on Second in Downtown Santa Ana, required a day of coordinator. I emailed four or five coordinators that were recommended to me. I chose K. Sage Events because they emailed back quickly, set up a phone meeting the same day and were in my price range. I picked the “Day of Package” which includes organizational templates, preferred vendors, a venue walk through, a meeting to create the timeline, coordination of all vendors, coordination at the rehearsal, and of course the day of. Kelsey made it clear that we had open communication as the wedding got closer. I was able to email, call or text her which was great to quickly shoot ideas back and forth. We used a florist, and a cinematographer from her vendor list who we absolutely loved, and she even found the perfect place for us to have our rehearsal dinner. She really knew my style and was able to recommend things that were perfect for our wedding!
The day of, Kelsey and her 4 assistants set up all of our decorations, helped with guests and vendors, handed out tips, and even packed my dads truck with our decorations so all my family had to do was enjoy the day. Her assistants were very professional. The decor was exactly like I envisioned it. The wedding went so smoothly and I’ve gotten so many compliments and even some letters telling me how nice it was!
If I could tell a newly engaged couple one thing I would say to invest in a coordinator! K. Sage Events made planning the wedding so much fun and stress free. If we needed something done at the wedding we just asked Kelsey or one of her assistants and they got it done. Kelsey really went above and beyond throughout the entire planning process to create the wedding of our dreams!
